First, the compressor: The unit blasts out a maximum 135 psi and boasts 6-gallon tank that lets you drive large quantities of nails on a single tank charge. Running on standard household current, this 120-volt electric compressor also cranks out 2.6 standard cubic feet per minute at 90 psi for quick compressor recovery time and faster nailing. Weighing just 34 pounds, the compressor is easy to transport from project to project. And, two quick-connect couplers let the compressor power two nail guns to at the same time. Best of all, an oil-free pump design means maintenance-free operation. Power can be run to the unit via 16-gauge or heavier extension cords up to 50 feet long.

Now for the guns: The kit?s BN125A nailer uses standard 18-gauge brads from 5/8- to 1-1/4 inches long. And, the included FN250B nailer uses standard 16-gauge finish nails from 3/4 to 2-1/2 inches long. Nailers are equipped with special hardened driver blades for maximum durability and reliability. A tool-free, jam release mechanism doesn?t block the line of sight for uninterrupted work. A strong and lightweight die-cast aluminum body means maximum durability and reliability. The finish nailer also features an adjustable depth-of-drive and a non-marring nose tip. The Porter-Cable Narrow Crown Stapler (NS100) has a built-in depth-of-drive adjustment for precise countersinking of staples.
